Especially the Ajaccio surroundings, where I've spent a lot of time (thanks parents to live there!). I'm waiting to come back there this summer to enjoy their foodie delicacies, so let's check this mix of what I'd want now, right away, immediatly, without any patience: Head on the harbour first.

Wanna' try some local treats? Be glad Mr JC and Mme R are cooking, so you can choose between a prisuttu (raw ham) stew with mushrooms if you're in urge for comfort food...

Nostalgic "pieds noirs" dinner? From those Spanish-that-became-French-by-living-in-Algeria, a ultra simple but unbeatable tomato soup (add some onion and laurel, that's it).

Et on finit sur des natillas, crème espagnole, ici avec un peu de la cannelle, des oranges et des dattes. Vivement juillet pour aller squatter là bas quelques semaines!
